The worst set back ever…

I have been letting myself go. My fiancee and I just moved into our new house, Wedding is 3 months away and yet I still have a million things to do still… *sigh* and the worst thing is… I woke up this morning and decided today is the day that I need to start caring again and start putting forth the effort to lose weight. I stepped on the scale to 209.2 lbs which is a gain of 10lbs since I was working out before. I’ve been off the workout plan for a couple months now so I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised at what I’m looking at on the scale. :( This is upsetting. Please leave me any feedback or comments on anything you can tell me to help me get back on track.

I love you guys and I know you can help me get on track and motivated again!

Reached my Mini goal of 199… Lost 35lbs now!

Now what to do? Reached my mini goal this past wednesday. Now I need to make a new mini goal. Probably only 10lbs or something. What do you think would be a good new mini goal?

Im 2lbs away from a loss of 30lbs.

I have been waiting for this moment for awhile and I have been on track lately. I am not having any cheat days this week cause I really want to reach that 30!! :) I also am so close to being under 200lbs! I should reach under 200 by the end of the month! I cant wait. My fiance has lost over 40lbs now! Grr! Men have it soooo easy!! I will reach my goal by my wedding. I have lost 5.6 lbs in the past 3 weeks. I have been so on track lately…Working out everyday, eating healthy smaller portions. It has been a good month! :) Everyone wish me luck for next wednesdays weigh in!

Biggest Loser So Far…

So I have been in this competition for 2 weeks so far. I lost 2.2lbs the first week, and 1.6lbs the second week. (Me= 3.8lbs so far) My dad has lost 2lbs so far, my mom has lost 5.5lbs and my fiance has lost 3.5lbs. My mom is kicking major butt!! I am so motivated to beat her!! Our next weigh-in is next Wednesday! I have been working out almost everyday and I am going to start doing more strength training starting soon… I hope I lose more than 3lbs next week- If I get under 204 that will be lower than my weight has been in 3 years!!

6 Months to a Better Self…

Last Wednesday my mom, dad, fiance and I started our own Biggest Loser competition. Our finale is going to be October 21st. Our weigh ins are on Wednesdays. It is a pretty good competition so far. I am so motivated. I have been working out 1-2 hours everyday. yesterday I weighed myeslf and I have already lost 2.4lbs in half a week! WooHoo!! Me and my fiance are going Hiking today! Green Team is going to Win!! :)

Weight Watchers Advice?

So I’ve been struggling with dieting and I want to take a new approach. Ive been trying to just eat less and healthier choices. It is hard for me to count calories all the time. Well I was talking to some of the ladies I work with and they said they do weight watchers. Of course I’ve heard of it and everyone says it works. Well what I’m wondering is would this be a lot easier for me? I dont like dieting, but my friend said this isnt really like dieting you just have to keep track of your points. I just want to know is from people that are doing weight watchers or have tried weight watchers if this is a good route for me? Help I need Advice!! I think Im going to a meeting on Monday with my friend. Describe your experiance and maybe even some advice for a soon to be Weight Watcher! :)

Im so proud of myself…

For how busy I’ve been I have kept the weight off. :) Its usually I gained 5lbs. I went to weigh myself and was shocked. I started working out again and eating healthy last week. I am tring to eat less. Eating as if my stomach is smaller so I eat less. It is really helping me out I guess, I have done it for 3 days and it’s working good for me so far. I can already tell that I feel full faster. I worked out for 1.5 hours yesterday! I can’t wait till it’s warmer out…I want to go rollerblading again. I want to go to the park and run around the lake! I want to be focused for my wedding which is January 2nd, 2010. I have officially 9 months till the big day!! Which seems like enough time but I have slid through the past 3 months with not making much progress.

3.5lbs in 2 weeks! :) I’ll take that!

So without the scale for 2 weeks I kept thinking if i eat that I will definantly regret it come when i step on that scale. I have been working so hard and I think it just took that extra boost of motivation to get up and get started again. So now this morning when I stepped on the scale I thought…”Okay don’t beat yourself up about this if it is bad…Just keep working like you have been doing and know you are doing the right things. 209.4!! :) Im under 210 again! YAY! I am so happy I have not ate any fast food for the past 2 weeks, Also I have been crazy about my new elliptical! :) I love my elliptical! I can’t wait until this summer then I can buy that bike I’ve longed for all winter long. Since we got about 6-7 inches of snow yesterday it seems to be so far away!!! But I will be much happier once all the snow melts and I can workout outside again! :) Well off to do my workout, I wanted to workout for 1.5 hours today My Elliptical for an hour and then do my biggest loser Power Sculpt dvd. I want to thank all of you for all of your lovely support and motivation and can’t wait for more to help kepp me going on this wonderful journey! :) LOOK I HAVE A GREEN STAR NOW!! :)

1 Week Without the Scale…So Far!!!

I’m so incredibly proud of myself, I have not even peeked at the scale for 7 DAYS!! I usually check it almost every day, if not twice a day! I made a promise to myself I would not weigh myself for at least 2 weeks. I’m thinking depending on how tempted I am I might not weigh myself for a month. :) I have been so tempted because I have been working out the past 2 weeks at least 5 days a week for 1 hour each day. I’m so proud of myself. My fiance is now 197lbs so he surpassed me and is now 13lbs less than me!! :( I want to kick his butt! So I need to work my hardest…I feel like 1 hour a day isn’t enough.

I would like to start maybe next week doing 2 hours a day. Maybe an hour in the morning and an hour at night. If I have time. I have to think of my reasoning for doing all of this to keep me motivated. I can’t wait to see my results on the scale after the next week. Only 7 more days to go! :)

Down 2 More Pounds! :)

Alright well…I am down 2 more that is the great news I had this week! Out of the past 10 days I have worked out 8 of them! :) Im so proud of myself since I’ve been back on the wagon. Also I’ve been eating enough calories and havent ate out. Which is something hard for me to do…

Yesterday I went on my elliptical for 60 mins burned 450 calories. :) Im off to workout again today…. I want to beat that today.
