The worst set back ever…
I have been letting myself go. My fiancee and I just moved into our new house, Wedding is 3 months away and yet I still have a million things to do still… *sigh* and the worst thing is… I woke up this morning and decided today is the day that I need to start caring again and start putting forth the effort to lose weight. I stepped on the scale to 209.2 lbs which is a gain of 10lbs since I was working out before. I’ve been off the workout plan for a couple months now so I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised at what I’m looking at on the scale.
This is upsetting. Please leave me any feedback or comments on anything you can tell me to help me get back on track.
I love you guys and I know you can help me get on track and motivated again!
