Ive LOST 17 inches in 2 Months!

I did my 2 month measurements this morning. and here are the Results!

Neck: -1/2inch

Arms: -1/2inch on each arm

Bust: -2 1/2inches

Chest: -2inches

Smallest part of Waist: -3 1/2inches

 Largest part of Waist: -4inches

Hips: -2 inches

Thighs: -0inches

Calf: -1/2inch each

Ankle: -0inches

Wrist: -1/4inches each

SO I LOST 17 INCHES ALL OVER IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!

Mini Goal Reached!!! Wooo Whoooo!!!

I weighed in today at 228. So Im now down 17lbs :D On to set a new Mini Goal and make it happen!!! I think I am going to go for a little bigger goal. My first goal was 15lbs, and I think I will make my goal be at 195lbs(which will be 50lbs lost for me). It will be a little more challenging, 33 more pounds to lose to reach the new goal! Hoping to reach that by my 23rd birthday which is April 26th. So I have 2 months to get there!

Stepped on the scale this morning and I have now lost 14lbs since the beginning of the year. Now down to 231! Whoop-whoop! I am hoping to get under 200 by my birthday which is April 26th(9 weeks away).Which is a hefty goal but I think I can accomplish it. Im not even craving bad food anymore. Like bread, sweets or my worst addiction-FAST FOOD!!  I have been sticking to my diet and drinking plenty of water and am now working out 5 times per week. I will be to my goal in no time! Wish me luck! I will try to check in more often to let you all know how my hubby and I’s competition is going. Oh yeah also the fact he has lost 12.5 and I have lost 14. Im winning! Hell Yeah!!!!!!!! Who said women cant lose more weight!?  I plan to try and stick ahead of him until the end of the competition June 1st!!

Competition going sooooo good!

No better motivation than kicking my husbands ass at losing weight!! :D I lost 7 pounds so far!! Woo-Whoo and he has lost 5lbs! Im really happy for myself and have never been more motivated to lose weight! I dont really know how this fire got lighted underneath me, but I am sooo amazing! I have started eating much smaller portions and working out like crazy!! I worked out for 3 hours today, last chance workout for tomorrows weigh in! :D I’m excited for the weigh in! I know Ive been working hard this week and Im pretty sure Im going to do great! Wish me luck on a big negative weight loss!! :D

Getting Competitive to Lose Weight

My husband and I have put on quite a few pounds in our first year of marriage. I topped the scale last week at 245. OUCHIES!! I weigh in this week at 242. We have been talking about doing a competition to make the weight loss more of a challenge. Im Looking forward to this, Hoping to kick his butt! I need to get a jump start on this whole thing and keep it running through June 1st. Which is the end date for our competition. Whoever wins gets a prize. We havent decided what the prize is yet, but I hope I get to choose the prize. I would love to get a new lense for my camera!! So I have 21 weeks to change my lifestyle dramatically. I plan on doing some 5k’s this summer. My one friend from work is doing a 10k in april and she asked if I wanted to do it with her… Im not too sure yet but I might be up for it. I think if I was training for something I would be a little bit more motivated to lose weight faster and work a lot harder.

Time to Kick a Little A**!

Okay, Wedding is over and done with, almost 2 months ago now. I now need to kick things into full gear. I have been slacking off for almost a year now and have gained almost all of the weight back now. :( I have not been working out at all and I have been Eating the most horrible things you can ever imagine. Fast food almost everyday… Yikes! Anyway My hubby and I have been talking a lot lately about our future plans and have decided we want to try and get pregnant. I of course want to get in shape better first cause I think if I don’t lose this weight first it will be 10 times harder to lose it all after the baby.  :/ I know that sounds crazy… lose weight just to gain a lot of it back with a pregnancy, but I just think it will make things a lot easier to be in shape when I am a mom. :) I am looking to start a new program…Any ideas??

The worst set back ever…

I have been letting myself go. My fiancee and I just moved into our new house, Wedding is 3 months away and yet I still have a million things to do still… *sigh* and the worst thing is… I woke up this morning and decided today is the day that I need to start caring again and start putting forth the effort to lose weight. I stepped on the scale to 209.2 lbs which is a gain of 10lbs since I was working out before. I’ve been off the workout plan for a couple months now so I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised at what I’m looking at on the scale. :( This is upsetting. Please leave me any feedback or comments on anything you can tell me to help me get back on track.

I love you guys and I know you can help me get on track and motivated again!

Reached my Mini goal of 199… Lost 35lbs now!

Now what to do? Reached my mini goal this past wednesday. Now I need to make a new mini goal. Probably only 10lbs or something. What do you think would be a good new mini goal?

Im 2lbs away from a loss of 30lbs.

I have been waiting for this moment for awhile and I have been on track lately. I am not having any cheat days this week cause I really want to reach that 30!! :) I also am so close to being under 200lbs! I should reach under 200 by the end of the month! I cant wait. My fiance has lost over 40lbs now! Grr! Men have it soooo easy!! I will reach my goal by my wedding. I have lost 5.6 lbs in the past 3 weeks. I have been so on track lately…Working out everyday, eating healthy smaller portions. It has been a good month! :) Everyone wish me luck for next wednesdays weigh in!

Biggest Loser So Far…

So I have been in this competition for 2 weeks so far. I lost 2.2lbs the first week, and 1.6lbs the second week. (Me= 3.8lbs so far) My dad has lost 2lbs so far, my mom has lost 5.5lbs and my fiance has lost 3.5lbs. My mom is kicking major butt!! I am so motivated to beat her!! Our next weigh-in is next Wednesday! I have been working out almost everyday and I am going to start doing more strength training starting soon… I hope I lose more than 3lbs next week- If I get under 204 that will be lower than my weight has been in 3 years!!
